Transition

Lots of transition as of late. Rylan starts Soccer practice next week and games into Winter two weeks after that. Cool stuff, I think Amanda and I are more excited than Rylan.

If you've read over the last eight months, I've been cured of the 24hr solo bug, finally. LOL...

But I'm still looking for challenges, and reading about and following the Colorado Trail Race this year has really sparked my interest. Sure it's like five days if you're fast (I'm not), and that's like four days longer than a 24, but I think it would be much different. More of a bike tour with an aggressive schedule.

Amanda loves Colorado and especially the idea it's underground, no fee to race. If things go right could even turn it into a couple to three week vacation with the kids.

The other interesting thing is that there are a couple SS guys riding it pretty well, so hmmmm, maybe if things work out, that's what I'd go with.

Guess I need to do some research on gear etc. That alone will be fun!

Tomorrow is a preride of the lower portion of the Tahoe Sierra, should be a beauty of a day.
